My wife and I ate here for dinner on a recommendation. I give it five stars but it is closer to a 4.5. It’s located down a little side road and opens promptly at 5 pm but not before. The place is very clean and very cozy. The ambiance is very inviting. We had their margaritas which they say they have been voted best around. They were slightly above average but not noteworthy. We shared the street corn and it was delicious. I recommend this. I ate the seasoned pork loin and my wife ate the scallops. Both were good, seasoned well and priced appropriately. We weren’t rushed and the service was pleasant.

Great dinner last night. Ceviche sampler was a nice light way to start the meal off. Lamb was cooked perfectly as was the burger. Cocktails on point. Awesome atmosphere and friendly vibes at the bar. We made a few new friends!!

My goodness- this was SUCH a good experience!! The restaurant was recommended so we came here for my birthday and it did not disappoint! Brad helped us, and was also training a lovely young lady- he helped us navigate the menu and make our ultimate food choices. We got the flautas and Chile relleno to start and they were both solid options, but I would definitely order the chile relleno dish again- comes with chips and it just really hits right! We split the carne asada meal and good golly it was so good- cooked at a perfect medium rare and seasoned so well. The potatoes and salad were solid additions as well! We sampled several margaritas: traditional, caliente, and blood orange. They were all SO good! (I’m not a typical flavored margarita gal- but the caliente and blood orange truly were the stars here). To finish, we had bread pudding and tres leches cake- seriously one of the best cakes I’ve consumed. The atmosphere, service, and food were all amazing. Highly recommend (and I WILL be back!))

We had heard about this place for many years, and finally went there on our anniversary. When they learned it was our anniversary they placed a set of very nice table in a private alcove near the front window. I waiter was very attentive and friendly and we head a wonderful experience and meal there. They're margaritas are very very good, and worth the money even though we never pay that much for drinks.

This was our first visit to Limones. We always do our research and look at the menu online before we commit. Everything exceeded our expectations. The drinks, the ceviche sampler, the mains, and the wine were all top notch. We were staying at the Grove Park Inn, so we Ubered over and it was slick. The atmosphere is simple, yet refined. The service is attentive and friendly. We will return.

Loved the beet salad, the whipped cheese on the side was perfect addition. My wife said her avacado tartare with smoked salmon was wonderful. We had the pescado special. It was cooked to perfection on a bed of purple potato puree. The bartender very nicely made a drink no longer on the menu for my wife. Ella answered all our questions and was a great server. An exceptionally nice night out!

This was our first visit to Limones, even though we had often visited their sister restaurant, En La Calle, before it closed. We were celebrating a special night and had a party of 8. The waiter was super attentive and thoughtful of our kids by suggesting plates and non-alcoholic drinks that were special for them too. Each plate was delicious and made for a memorable evening.

Our best dining experience during our Asheville trip. Obviously, it's the place if you like margaritas and they didn't disappoint. Our server, Geneva, was great! We started with the ceviche and it was among the best we've ever had. Next was the fish of the day, prepared in a verde sauce. Amazing. I had the carne asada and it was cooked and seasoned perfectly. So many places are bland! The desserts may have been the best part. Seriously that good. Bread pudding was great but the chocolate flourless torte was, beyond any measure, the best we've ever had. Just an overall great experience.
